Nic and Molly’s Engagement Shoot :: Atlanta, GA

Here are a few from Nic and Molly’s engagement shoot. We started off at Piedmont Park, but decided it was waaaay too crowded and went just south of town to finish up the shoot. I’ve been friends with Nic and his family for years. It’s always a special honor to capture this time of life for good friends. Molly is such an incredible fit for Nic and I’m really looking forward to shooting their wedding in Monroe, GA this Sunday!

Nic and Molly get the credit for finding this incredible Atlanta skyline view. I think I’ll be keeping this spot a secret.

I capitalized on the gorgeous sunset for these last few. For you photographers out there, no trendy photoshop actions (nor do I ever use those) were used to get that nice warm glow. It’s simply God’s creative color.

I’ve really enjoyed getting to know Greg and Lucille. They are both super easy going and a joy to be around. Here are a few images that caught my eye from their beautiful wedding in Tyrone, GA.

I love how Greg is looking at Lucille while her father gives her away.

This shot is just after being pronounced husband and wife. This moment in time often provides some of my favorite images.

Next up is this gorgeous back-lit portrait.

I traveled out to the countryside in Brooks, GA for the engagement shoot. We shot for a bit near “downtown” and spent the remainder of the time at Greg and Lucille’s cute little country home nearby.

a couple of the barn cats wanted in on the photos…

Greg and Lucille have the biggest oak tree I think I’ve ever seen. This shot doesn’t even do it justice.

Their dogs came out to play for a bit…

Kennesaw State University :: 440 Keys | A Reunion Concert

I’ve now had the honor of shooting several times for the school at which I spent most of my college years, Kennesaw State University. My most recent shoot was coverage of the 440 Keys concert at the Dr. Bobbie Bailey Center. The event brought together FIVE grand Steinway & Sons pianos that were donated by Dr. Bailey. **Factoid: each piano is named after one of Dr. Bailey’s family members.**
