Scott and Lindsey’s wedding was hottt! No, literally, it was the hottest day on record. Luckily, the amazing wedding and reception took place indoors, but we did go out for brief moments to get some great portraits. Check it out…
Greg and Jennifer’s ceremony was held in the beautiful main sanctuary of Smoke Rise Baptist Church in Stone Mountain, GA. The entire wedding party rode on the Georgia Tech Trolley to the reception in downtown Decatur at the Old Dekalb County Courthouse. The fourth of July fireworks were actually rescheduled to the same day as Greg and Jennifer’s wedding, so their guests enjoyed a fireworks show towards the end of the reception. See Steven Wallace’s (my second shooter) awesome fireworks shot below. Downtown Decatur was packed with people, but we made the best of it and even did a few portraits while mingling in the crowd.
