Ceremony: Perimeter Church (Chapel) | Johns Creek, GA
Reception: The Gardens at Great Oaks | Roswell, GA
I’ll start off with a few from Matt and Lauren’s engagement shoot. We started off with some great morning light at the Chattahoochee River and then shot some in downtown Roswell.
Lauren and her girls got ready at the reception venue, The Gardens at Great Oaks.
Perimeter Church has a beautiful bridal room.
The Flower girl had a few issues going down the aisle. 🙂
on to the reception…

Andrew and Brooke’s beautiful southern wedding and reception took place at Primrose Cottage in Roswell, GA. CAPTAIN Andrew is a proud member of our armed forces and serves in the United States Army. Its always an honor to shoot a wedding for someone serving our country. I offer a military discount to any active duty or reservist as just a small way of saying thanks. We would not be the country we are today had it not been for the courageous sacrifice of our men and women in uniform.
some gorgeous details…

the ceremony…
Andrew and Brooke exited under an Army saber arch. Its Army tradition to not allow the bride and groom to exit until they’ve kissed. Then upon exiting the bride gets a smack on the rump and a hearty “Welcome to the ARMY!”

the exit in a vintage Rolls Royce!
Congratulations Andrew and Brooke!

Jonathan and Amy’s wedding ceremony was held at Alpharetta First United Methodist Church and their reception following at Brookfield Country Club in Roswell, GA. Jonathan (aka Hoover to me) has been a good friend of mine for years and it was an honor to capture he and Amy’s big day! If you’ve ever spent any time with the two of them you know they are truly in love. I’m so happy for them!

on to the reception…
Jonathan is a huge fan of Diet Coke. I think it even went into his groom’s cake.
Jonathan and Amy’s first date ended up at a Waffle House and Jonathan also now manages one. So, it was only fitting that they have their first date as a married couple at Waffle House! 🙂
Congratulations Jonathan and Amy!!!
Jonathan (Hoover to me) and Amy are two that are undeniably in love. I’ve known Hoover for a good eight years now and it was such an honor to capture his wedding day. Here are three images that made the cut as “what caught my eye.”
love this super simple shot of the lighting of the unity candle…
and last but certainly not least is this snap shot of Hoover and Amy at Waffle House following the reception. Their first date ended with a late night trip to Waffle House and so they wanted their first official date as husband and wife to be there as well. Love.it.
